I got banned but I don’t know why, I’m not a bot. Can I send an appeal to someone? I sent a ticket, but I don’t know if they’re going to deal with it.

Yeah, lot of us were banned for botting last week.
It didn’t matter if you used a program to automatize the game or, just like me you simply kept the client in the background playing occasionaly or being afk.
I sent several ticket trying to have answers, because it seems extreme to me to permaban ppl who didnt use any external program (they could have gave us a warning or something) but without success so you’ll probably receive the same standard answer saying we violated the Tos.
And it becomes more ridiculous if you think that in D4 (i know it’s a different team but same blizzard nonetheless) last season ppl duped thousands of material to access uber Duriel (and get all those Unique items almost unobtainable in other ways) selling them even for real money and no action was taken.
Anyway, you are free now :), just move to other more enjoyable games managed by better teams.
