Bonus! fail so bad!

What kind of are you lazy, the dev? You start to earn 50 g every level until 350? There are more to add from 51 to 350, give us something instead of stupid 50 g for nothing? You can better than you think and blizzard have enough money to spend more time to make it better game which you dont.

I suggest you to add new from 50 to 350 like you can climb from 1 to 50.

Give us 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400 and so move on. 50g can go to hell, because it is completetly joke and fail by you, the dev! I am sorry, I just had to be honest so maybe time to listen to us instead of hide bush where you are.

from what ive seen after 50 the levels are really low xp requires so 49 to 50 was 3000+ xp 50 to 51 is a couple of hundred so you grind it out faster

Lol they purposely chopped it up because people had the opposite complaint that it felt bad waiting so long between gold (even though it was more each level).

i feel calling the devs stupid and lazy is not the way to get your complaint heard or interacted with. but thats just me.

My thoughts exactly, Bazstix. Always give constructive feedback; That way you get a chance.

Because if they truly are stupid and lazy then if they won’t listen to constructive feedback, what makes you think they’d listen to straight up bashing?

For what little i know you should consider the amount of money in total and not the single level over 50. And based on calculations the amount of gold total is more than what one used to get from the previous system, at least that is what people said after calculations. We all would love to have and get more, but your proposal is literally asking everything for free in the long run, certainly beautiful but not much productive for Blizzard and the team.
Besides, it’s just like Ixnay said, it used to be 150 per level, but since people complained that it felt like gaining nothing they added more levels and tweaked the numbers so you get more gold often. In fact it’s 50 gold every 1200-1300ish XP instead of the usual 3700ish you needed before level 50, and put together it’s still a decent amount.

After the few first levels, past 50, the xp is capped at 1500, which, asuming you reroll for the 1k xp daily, gives you 100g every 3 days for non TP players instead of 150-180g with the old system. Keep in mind that wining the games you played, be it casual, ranked, brawl or arenas, towards the daily quests, was giving or setting you up for extra gold.

I do keep that in mind. 10 gold every 3 wins, with a cap at 100 gold max a day. The substitute would be the XP you gain by playing, that in many cases is much better cause you still gain at least something even if you lose. With the old system you would have to win constantly and play a lot for the 10-100 gold and perform well. So it’s 100 every 1.5 days, adding more if you play a lot and accumulate XP by playing, and usually with a nice match in BG i get 100XP, and i think it’s around 300-400XP an hour in Standard/Wild, so you could still gain 100 in a day, not everyday, but many times if you are a frequent player.
Then people keep forgetting about the Weekly Quest, where per quest you gain around 1700-2000XP for a big boost that could make you gain a few levels. Some people, me included, manages to complete all 3 in a day, making that around 3-4 levels. Even if you do them in the week, it’s not XP lost, it’s still gained and added to the count.
Doing all the levels past 50 should give 15.000 gold, so you can buy 150 packs for the next expansion just by saving those. Include all the ones before level 50, and it’s enough gold to constantly buy packs and enjoy the game as a f2p player as i am. Asking for more, even thou i wouldn’t complain, it seems greedy, and most of the problem seems to be about perception, the main reason they chipped the gold from 150 to 50 and max the level from 150 to 350 to compensate.

Weeklies give you an extra 200g, so using you’re math it’s 450g now compared to 420g then (with 60g quest every day).

Keep in mind that losing games used to give you nothing.

Yeah the new battle pass structure is epic in my opinion. The amount of gold we get is really good.

I spent my gold on the mini set, then I thought I’ll buy a load of packs to try and get the last legendary cards from Darkmoon Faire which I did. I have every card from the set so now I can sit back and save gold for next expansion.

I will still buy mega bundle plus accumulated gold so it will put me in a healthy spot.

Oh gosh, I must be doing something wrong, I’m still missing 8 legendaries from DMF

As long as you have the ones you need, your ok.

Think this is the first time I’ve ever had all from one set. This proves to me how good the new BP is.

Or that this expansion you’ve been lucky with the packs xD
I don’t look too much into the details, just think about what i obtain and the feeling that i get. For that reason i feel the new system is much better, and can still be improved. To me just the notion of gaining something, even little, for just playing is much better than having to win to get gold, or nothing. Wish the weekly quest wasn’t “win 5 games in Ranked” but “play 10 games in Ranked” or something like that xD less competitive feeling there is, the more i’m serene and happy.

They are just incompetent. The game is a pile of garbage. No balance. Joke of a RNG and horrible mm.
They should start to fire some of the developers

Well, I beg to differ.
I bought both bundles, and I’m on 0 gold as all of it, except about 1k I got other packs with, has been spent on DMF packs and I’m still 6 legendaries and 4 epics short. And no, this is not one time I got unlucky with bundles. Scholomance Academy for instance, 133 packs, 4 legendaries and not even enough epics were opened to balance out for the lack of legends.
Anyway, I’ve installed and played Legends of Runeterra for 2 days now and already I can say is that I don’t even care about HS anymore. That’s how sh!t this game is by comparison. You’ve got full control of your actions in there not pi$s a$$ “RNG” set up by *hitzzard. If only RNG was RNG, not rigged and the game would still be kinda fun. My 2 cents.

Edit: typos

Try LoR, you won’t regret it. Just be aware that’s a bit confusing at first so make sure you play all the tutorials (challenge games) first. You won’t come back to this. :grinning: :+1:

Looks like you proper lucked out with you packs.

I had a really poor start. I bought mega bundle and Battle pass at Darkmoon Launch. With gold I’d saved plus bonus packs I only got 4 legendary cards out of 150 packs. I was absolutely devastated, felt robbed and physically ill. Especially as all around me on Facebook groups people are showing pictures of how many legendary cards they opened with half the amount of packs I opened. People getting like 7/8 legendary cards.

I crafted a few key Legendarys that I needed, the Battlepass gave us 1 as well plus got one at 25 so my legendary cards increased and I bought the CThun bundle so that’s where most of mine came from.

I know Hearthstone isn’t cheap, after they adjusted the battlepass, it does seem like they are taking note of everyone’s complaints, just have to wait and see.

I hope you find joy in playing Runeatra, everyone who plays games should get happiness from the game and not stressed out, that’s why we play.

That’s and understatement. HS is a bloody rippoff in any way you look at it. And let me put it this way: assuming you don’t get anything new from 40 packs, that’s the amount of dust needed to craft a legendary card. So that means 45£ for a card. Now it’s true that you can and probably should get at least one legendary out of those 40 packs, or not. In fact I’ve seen some streamer busting open about 93 scholo packs or so, he got 2 legendaries in the first 40 packs, then nothing, just an epic now and then. That’s just feels bad man. I was like wow, there’s worse than my luck, but then as you said, you see other mainstream players and streamers who got twice or thriced the stuff you opened from the same amount of packs.
At dmf launch I had 133 packs and got 6 legends out of the packs. Same as you, I had pretty much the same experience with Ashes of Outland where I think I got about the same amount of packs, and then some along the way till now, and that’s perhaps one of my worst collections. I’ve put on a notebook my exact missing pieces and what would be the dust cost for them, so for AoO i’m standing at exactly 24400 dust needed to craft all lol. That’s 13 legendaries and 9 epics, excluding 3 leg and 2 epics which I disenchanted when they got nerfed. I’m not even gonna mention previous experiences :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

And I do like Runeterra, and I got a friend migrate from HS too, after he said that game is garbage once he tried it, same as I, 3 days ago, simply because he didn’t understand the mechanics. After completing the training challenges he feelt like going from 0 to hero. And that’s because unlike HS, you’re in control of your actions or even turning the game around from what can look like certain loss. Not some random cast by some random card that randomly spawned in a randomly drawn card from a random generated random card in your deck. Besides, the amount of cards you can collect early is HUGE compared to a fresh HS account, so you can actually go out and play and not get smashed my some highlander deck or legend player when you don’t even have all the basic cards from a specific class. I’ve played HS since launch, not as active as now, but I used to like it a lot, I invited friends, I set up accounts for them, and now I’m glad some didn’t stick around. If I’d have to rate HS on a scale from 1 to 10 I’d give it a 3 or less now.
Sorry for the long post, have a potato to comfort you :potato: :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

This is why I play Hearthstone lol My favourite deck is No Minion Mage and if I start with Deck of Lunacy boy is the game fun.

For me, Hearthstone is a 9/10, would be a 10 if it was cheaper. I like the amount of variety. Currently, I play many classes and deck recipes so I never feel bored. I’ve started squirrelling away funds for next expansion so it doesn’t hit my wallet so hard.

Thanks for the Potato, I’ll stick it in the oven and have it for lunch.

Here, have some chocolate ice cream :poop:

 I’ll have that. I might cool me down a bit. I’m also multi class player with meme decks sometimes just for the fun. Or was xD. I don’t even want to think about getting the new expansion after spending almost half a grand on HS in the past 6 months. And I don’t feel like buying was a p2w thing, for me it’s more like pay to collect, but dust is most of what’s collected it seems. If they would drop the cost per pack, or generally speaking, it would feel a lot more like buying to support the game and not forcing your hand just because you’d like something from the shop. Not to mention the most useless thing ever for it’s price, in gold also, the bg perks lol. Wow at that.
