When playing Felemental it should only buff the tavern shop minions, but if you have a Rylak Metalhead that triggers the Felementals in combat then after refreshing once in the buying phase all minions on your board with a Felemental buff get the new version that only the shop should be getting, I’ve tested it 3 times so far and it worked every time, it even scales up with number of Felemental buff making it 2x and 3x respectively.
