Bundle purchase freeze

Hi,
I’m looking for some support when trying to pre-purchase the new mega bundle. I use the Amazon version of the app and when when recently trying to purchase the page has been stuck on the authorisation page for over 24 hours.

I have tried signing out of the battle net account force closing the app and even clearing out the app data.
After each of these when going back to the shop it just defaults to the authorisation spinning circle again.

Try the following troubleshooting steps:
■ Re-log into HS on your device that first attempted the purchase
■ Sit at the Waiting for Authorization screen for 5 - 10 minutes
The order should be auto canceled and you can continue with other purchases
