last patch got stuck at initializing, so I wanted a re install of the whole launcher. tried installing - error! - BLZBNTAGT000008FC
I cannot fix it, please help me-

please help, I am disabled and this really troubles me.
new development: instead of breakng off (whoopsie), the installation jumps to random percentages… 1%…34%…70%… 0%.
did so for 25 min. , still going…
Maybe you can try restart computer because something can run in the background. In case it still dont work you can disable security programs if still dont work try to unistall blizzard client clean the mess or restart computer and then install it again.
antivir is off and I reboted many times. Nw, the instaler gets stucck whie initializing again.
Ok then, you can try it run as administrator or clear the cache of battle net. And if it still dont work uninstall battle net and hearthstone and clear all the remaining files. And if even this dont work submit a ticket to CS.
Had to reinstall Win10!
At least, it all works now.
