I have encountered this for the first time on my account
I am a user from usa forums but recently i was unable to view the page it gave me this error
The web page at https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/hearthstone/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
I decided to see if it affect other sites eu forums seems to be ok and the playhearthstone site just usa forums seems to be bugged unless it is on my end only.
