Can't Buy Packs! Sunken City EU

They are not showing up in the Store whatsoever. Is this a bug or punishment for not Pre purchasing?

Same here. There no option to buy packs On OSX app and IOS app. EU Server

Looks like working fine on US when steamers buying decks but not on EU

Just checked again - I can now buy sunken city packs.
