Don’t know how universal this might be, but for me, this issue resolved itself. I was able to login just now (I had the same reconnect thingy happening all day).
Hope everyone gets this fixed as well! Now off to try the new thing!

yeps solved over here aswell… I still think is had something to do with the update/new pve thing but that doesnt really matter I can play again!!
Can someone from blizzard confirm its now safe to play any PVE thing (puzzles included) again??? otherwise I am not touching any!! shame as I would like to play the heist but rather avoid it then getting bugged again.
