Cant load the game

This is a problem i’ve been having the past few patches. The game just doesn’t load properly and I have to keep force closing it. I have a couple of logs if that can help.

There are quite a few programs running on your PC that could prevent the game from starting. Please close background applications to see if one of them is interfering. Please also check if Hearthstone is added to your security software and firewall.

Still can’t get it to work. Hearthstone is literally the only game I have a problem with every other game works fine. Don’t know what to do even the mobile version works perfectly fine.

Thanks a million. This time it worked. Your issue sounds like a program is stopping Hearthstone from starting. Have you double checked if Hearthstone is added to the exceptions in Avast?

That question I can not answer because it is not our program we do not support it. Having a quick look at google, I found this here but I am not sure if this is correct. Please contact their Support if this didn’t work for you.

Thanks for your help. It’s working for now but I don’t know how long it’ll last.

Edit: It didn’t last long getting the same sort of errors again. The game is loading now but it’s gone back to being slow and crashing anytime I try to do something

Edit 2: It’s back to sort of working again. It’s very inconsistent sometimes it does work and sometimes it crashes don’t know what else to add

It might be an idea to uninstall avast and try if that improves the situation. Like I said, just an idea. You could reinstall avast anytime again of course.
