Hi all
I have hearthstone app on my iphone for few years now and it worked perfectly fine until today when I created a new account for my wife, and when I tried to log in using her new account on my phone the game wont start and giving me the message “The game was unable to log you in through the Blizzard services. Please wait a few minutes and try again.”
I have tried hundred time, restarted the phone ans nothing happened.
It doesnt even let me choose the account the only thing that shows is that message.

Sorry to hear that you’ve been experiencing some issues getting logged in on your phone. There’s no issues which should prevent you from connecting however you may be able to resolve this by uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone.
I’d also suggest testing if this occurs on your phones 3g/4g connection or while connected to your wifi connection at home.
