Can't open tickets anymore?

I used to be able to contact a Blizzard representative once or twice a year for assistance through a ticket, but apparently there is no way to open a ticket anymore. I tried every possible selection, it always ends with no help at all and points you right back at the beginning of the problem description.

My question is very simple : how can I open a ticket ?

I have been unable to log on my account for an hour. The background loads but nothing clickable appears on the screen. It is 100% linked to an account issue and not a device issue since the exact same problem hit me on both a PC and an android phone. It is very regrettable that customers cannot contact anyone for assistance anymore. There are no solutions for this problem anywhere to be found. All suggestions consider the problem is on my side, and clearly it is not. This is not a driver problem, this is not a corrupt file problem, At some point, you should make it possible for a customer to contact you through a ticket. Thank you for providing a way to do so. It’s pretty insulting when you answer all the questions and end up with " If you have tried these steps and still require assistance, please contact us…but selecting “contact us” just brings you right back to the beginning of the problem description where you started.

You should indeed be able to make a ticket, most, if not all, ‘Contact Support’ options should allow you to contact the team even if they direct you to self-service or self-help options first.
