I am playing Hearthstone on weekly basis from very beginning, unfortunately 3 days ago I couldn’t login and I can’t do it even now.
I start the game, doors to the tavern appears, but that’s it. No Hearstone logo.
What I already did:
- read all the topics about troubleshooting
- cleared cache
- reinstalled game
- changed wifis and data connection
- smartphone reset
- changed bnet password
- I don’t have memory card in my phone
I am using Samsung Galaxy S10 with latest Android update. You have my permission to log in to my account.
Thank you for any tip or trick how to fix this issue. And one more thing, last thing I did in the game was purchase of the latest Dalaran adventure. After that I wasn’t able to start the game.
