Can't play on Asia or Europe after changing account email

I mainly play on Americas, but I also have a progress on Asia. I was able to play on Asia, but since I changed my account’s email, I can’t get pass the loading screen. I also face the same problem when I try to play on Europe. Americas works fine. I think I’m having the same problem as this guy in the forum below. Both, but the problem is on a computer. Haven’t try on my mobile.

Try changing the region you are logged into, on the Blizzard Desktop app. You can change this on the login screen of the Blizzard app. Set this to Asia or Americas, and try connecting to the various regions.
