Haven’t been playing hs for 5 years. Came back and while logging on EU server wich is my main and had all the stuff there im getting NGRESULT DB ERROR:303:0, while on other servers works normally. The support gave me 7 steps wich didnt help, and at the end they “refreshed” acc but this didnt help either.
Any ideas what to do ?

I have the same issue as described by OP with 3 different devices (DB ERROR 303 on all of them):
- iPad Pro 11" 2021 (latest updates installed)
- iPhone 13 (latest updates installed)
- Windows 10 PC
I followed the steps (reinstall, cache, try different platforms and devices etc.) and nothing helped. Couldn’t even create a ticket since they don’t offer mobile support and I don’t intend on playing it on PC.
Would be glad to receive help
