Can't play the game since the patch

Hey !
Since the patch dropped i can’t play anymode, or actually do anyting that involve the board opening animation. Everytime it plays, the game freeze but the sound is still on.
I’ve tried to réinstall it 3 times and use the repair button 3 time aswell nothing has changed.
My driver are up to date.
Anything i can do to fix this ?

I recommend you start by going through the steps here.

You may also be able to resolve the issue by deleting the Blizzard folder in %localappdata%

  1. Press Windows Key+R
  2. Type %localappdata%
  3. Delete the Blizzard folder

Should the issue continue then I would recommend that you submit your System Files to the support team.

So i did the thing you said, i can now access the battleground menu but the animation freeze before it finish, basically the screen is frozen, but the sound is still on and i can click randomly and access thing but the screen is frozen in place so yeah, not better.
