Game stuck on reconnecting more then 2 hours ago
I have the same problem
I have the same issue, can log onto american server fine but my local europe server still says You were disconnected from your last game. Reconnecting… option - exit game. No possible options other than to sit and wait.
After around an hour with the starting screen open I decided to try to spam restart. Making the screen small and just spam clicking exit game and open and clicking on the screen where the exit button would be worked first time. Not sure what actually helped it probably just opening and closing.

If that still doesn’t work, you can try again after around 24 hours, or submit a ticket.

I’m unable to use the hearthstone app anymore. It all started yesterday with the “unable to reconnect to your lasr game” issue. I’ve followed the trooubleshooting instructions but it dudnt solve the problem. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled both the hearthstone and the battlenet apps a few times and nothing changed.
If i try to log in in battlenet it says “oops somethijg went wrong”. If i try to log in from the game it gets stuck at the main screen before i can even input my credentials.

I’m having the same issue as Scops - I’ve done everything on the troubleshooting checklist and nothing helps. I’ve also noticed that I’m not even able to open a ticket for this issue as the last step on “Contact Customer Support” just ends with “Ask the Community!” which leads me here. Please help!
