Can't update the game on mobile network

Still can’t update the game through mobile network, only works on wifi… It says that not enough storage (so 70GB isn’t enough?), or sometimes just says network error, check my internet connection (4G with max signal strength). My phone is Huawei P20 Pro, but it doesn’t work on my old S7 Edge either.

If you are having trouble updating your Hearthstone when connected to a mobile network, there are a few things you can try to fix this:

  1. Try swapping between wireless and data connection, if you have wifi available
  2. Restart your device
  3. Reset the password of your Blizzard account
  4. Access your app storage in device settings and clear the Hearthstone app cache/data
  5. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the game.

Hopefully this will do it.
