Started HS this morning to do my daily quest, then the game wanted to update itself, but couldn’t. It says “network error, check your internet”. I have 4G with max signal strength and unlimited data (phone is Huawei P20 Pro). I uninstalled the game, reinstalled multiple times, restarted the phone multiple times, turned mobile network off then turned on multiple times, nothing fixes it, only works on wifi, which I don’t have here. It’s like that for about a year.

If issues persist, perform the other steps. If you’re on android, there was a major update recently. You may also need to ensure that you’ve allowed updates over mobile network on your phone.
