When I click to chat, the conversation box opens up and I can read the messages I receive, but it will not allow me to respond. I click in the text field but the option to type does not work. It is fine on my old OnePlus 3, and on the laptop, but the issue only seems to affect me on my OnePlus 8.

Please up vote it. Same issue with OnePlus 8Pro.
I can’t write in game chat.
Also big black bar where it supposed to be only hole punch for camera.

Same issue with my OnePlus Nord
Same for oneplus8, checked almost all gboard, app permissions, game mode settings. Works for changing amount of packs to purchase with gold for example, just not in chat. Also oneplus5 a few months ago worked just fine.

There not the only ones have that issue I have it on my moto G7 play it was working until about 8 updates ago but after that yeah and I have had different phones as well and have these same issue
