Are there some card changes/balances incoming after the year of the dragon hit the board?

The rotation of Un’Goro, Knights of the Frozen Throne and Kobolds and Catacombs, as well as the Hall Of Faming (moving to wild) of a few cards:

Commons: Naturalize/Black Cat

Rares: Doomguard/Devine Favour/Merkspark Eel

Epics: GloomStag/GlitterMoth

Legendary: Genn/Baku

I know about that and i didnt mean rotations but card changes (like nerfs etc)

In short, no. When the new expansion releases the devs will give it at least a month or two for the meta to settle before considering any hard card nerfs
