Cards missing after a long break from Heartstone

Dear Blizzard,

Can you please explain why all my cards are missing from my account?
I’ve checked the wild collection(not a rotation matter) and nothing is there. Also seems all my stored dust is missing. Please explain what exactly happened as this has cost me a lot of time and money and i do not seem to have any way to get them back in game ( unless spending money again).
Please address the issue or refund the cards in Dust as it is not normal to take your customers bought or earned through grinding rewards.

Card Collections are region specific, make sure you are checking the correct region for Hearthstone. You can do this by clicking the globe icon above the Play button on the Battle.net App.
