Change to new phone, all progress lost

I recently change phone and entered my email. All my progress and cards gone, back to square one. I recheck my old phone, relogin and all my progress and cards are there. Please help.

First off, don’t panic, no progress will have been lost. :slight_smile: Typically, what you are experiencing happens if you are logging into a different account or region on the new phone, so do make sure you are logging in using the same email address (and check the BattleTag) as you did for the old account, as well as making sure you log into the same region, which is likely the EU.
