I haven’t been able to connect to the EU server for the past 24h.
I have tried most (if not all) tips given here in the forums.
But the strangest thing is that I can connect just fine to the Americas or Asia servers.
Is there any explanation for that? Is EU down?
Same thing here, but I cant find anything about it online.
Extremely odd that it’s only the EU servers you are having some issues with.
Do you get an error message? If so, please let us know what it is so we can check it out. Also if you can get back to us with a traceroute to Hearthstone’s EU servers, that would help us understand what is going on here.
The game just disconnects after each game or the game doesnt open. Everything works well on other servers but EU does not work and yes my internet connection is good.
Not sure if related. But I can’t login anymore to EU servers on IPad. Website and other devices are ok.
If my pwd is correct, just nothing happens. If it’s wrong I get a wrong user/pwd message
Same problem here. I litterally cannot connect to Hearthstone with my PC.
