Constantly disconnecting, heelp

Hello there, i am being able to enter Hearthstone once every 5 tries at least ! it disconnect before entering (closed, you were dscnt …) and when it does the game disconnect after i complete one game ! although my connection seems to be working fine with everything else ! what is to be done ??

Hi a lot of people including me have the same problem. I can not play Hearthstone for more than two weeks now… It seems like server/client issue but Blizzard do nothing with it…To be honest I am starting to loose patience with Blizzard…! But it is problem only on EU region, because I tried to play on Americas region and it worked with no problem but I do not have my cards there ofcourse so it is pointless…

I contacted US Support team about that, they are more responsive but…they can only post that to Developer team…but here Support team are not so much active.
I have same problem more than month…and I m angry, becouse I bought Bundle and more…

Our developers are currently investigating it, however, we do not have sufficient information to provide a solution at this time. We are, therefore, asking you to run WinMTR tests, provide any error code you are getting when trying to connect to Europe and describe all the troubleshooting steps you have already taken in an attempt to resolve the connection issue.

I dont know, what to do … I already did everything, what team support said and some people. I can play normally on America and Asia, when I start HS on Europe Region…it will write to me " Disconnected from the Blizzard services". Why? Will be some fix for this or something?

WinMTR does not work on MAC as i am playing on MAC… any other suggestion ? thanks

When I try to log in I get "Closed you were disconnected from Blizzard services etc..." and I also keep getting "Disconnected: game completed and recorded etc..." after almost every game. 
I tried all the steps in the support articles and also opened 2 tickets (that had me uninstall a couple of programs and check my GPU drivers but none of that helped).

Today is 21. day when I am not able to play HS on EU server…! I will never gonna buy a single thing from Blizzard again.

Possible Solution

The problem : Disconnects after every match with “Game recorded please restart” & struggling for long just to get in the game with “Hearthstone closed, please relaunch”, plus random disconnects while just browsing in the game tabs, shop, collection etc. Strangely this only occurred for me on the EU & Asia regions, with Americas working fine & zero errors. Tried everything suggested on every forum post, re-installed everything blizzard related, removed basically everything else on my PC, did all the network stuff & nothing worked.

My solution : I downloaded a Free VPN recommended by the TechRadar site, currently using HotSpot Shield. Its completely free to use but only gives you 500MB data a day, which is totally enough if you only use it for Hearthstone. Installed the VPN app and pressed the “Start” button on the home screen, it looks the same as the Windows shut down button almost. It’ll start showing you your connected IP and bandwith use and ping etc, then your good to go. Just hit the stop button (square block) at the bottom when your done playing so you don’t waste all your daily data browsing & stuff.

Click on the 2nd result and click “Download Free” on the site then install it.

Been having this problem for months now and finally found a work around.
