I have multiple problems with the hearthstone client.
The game crashes the computer occasionally.
I am unable to uninstall hearthstone from the computer
Some cards are occasionally missing from the collection no matter how hard I try to find them.
Often some purple sprites are painted in front of keywords and I don’t know why.
I suppose some game files are corrupted atleast. Why can’t I uninstall the game to fix the problem?

So if your computer crashes altogether, it typically points to a more serious problem with your machine, not related to any specific game. For more info check out: Computer Restarts or Shuts Down While Playing a Blizzard Game.
As for uninstalling, if it’s not working from the Blizzard app directly, you can normally do it from the Windows Control Panel, or simply delete the relevant folders manually. Details under Advanced Troubleshooting here: Uninstalling Games with the Blizzard Battle.net Desktop App.
Regarding the last two issues, there are ongoing threads about this over in the Bug Report forums here, and here – feel free to add your own reports and observations.
