The game crashed mid solo game and now every time I try to go into hearthstone it tries to reconnect and another crash happens effectively locking me out from playing the game
I have exactly the same issue:
During a match on solo play the game crashed.Now every time I open the app, it automatically tries to reconnect to that game and then crashes immediately meaning I can’t play the game at all.I have uninstalled the app twice as well as turned the phone off/on but the problem still persists.I am playing on an iPhone 10s for reference.
Been having this problem my self and a lot of others blizzard was unwilling to help. Told me to contact apple. I went through all the steps evens resetting my phone from a back up nothing!!! It is on blizzards end and they don’t care.
