So, after the patch yesterday I noticed that suddenly my progress of the Dalaran Heist chapter 4 is messed up. Classes I already completed the chapter with “lost” their completion crown and ones that I hadn’t yet completed it with, suddenly have the crown.
Also, when I complete the chapter with an “uncrowned” class now, it does not get the crown after.
I have not checked if the latter is also the case in previous chapters.
Another thing I have noticed is that often the portrait of the next boss on the pre-match screen seems to be “stuck” on kizi copperclutch (or something like that) only to get a different boss once the game starts. This also happened a few times with the inn.

same here i was like what the hell i was enyoying to complite them all and som was iretating (sorry for my english) to see this make me sad

me also, I even wrote to tec support and they gave me answer about unlocking classes. So So of the topic answer
Same here, please fix this problem cuz it’s really annoying, even if i win with a class there is no progress
I had the same issue. Beat the third chapter on heroic with the druid class and didn’t get a crown at the end. Minor bug, but still really annoying, because I would like to beat the solo content with every class.
I can vouch for this! After update all my progress has been changed.
Now it states that all chapters are won by mage class only, it’s the same for all chapters both normal and heroic.
If I win with another class again it does not save.
Completing the chapters was my main incentive, and loosing all those hours of progress in heroic is disheartening.
If it cannot be restored I will definitely demand a refund.
Apparently it’s no use to mention this in this part of the forum, since it is considered a bug and those need to be adressed in a different section.
So I will try my luck over there, maybe join me there to show this is not a one-time anomaly…

The issues have seemed to been picked up as known issues per june 3rd, so no need to start a new report…
I have noticed something else by the way.
Since the druid and warrior class are new with chapter 4, I had not completed the first 3 chapters with those yet. With the druid I had completed chapter 4, but lost the star.
I then went back to chapter 1 to complete the run with these classes there and also to see if it is just a chapter 4 problem or not.
To my surprise both classes received their crown after completing the run. But what was even more surprising, is that this also happend for all other chapters… So now I went from no crowns to all crowns - without playing the other chapters… Very weird.
