I redownloaded hearthstone about 10 months ago, i play arena for the most part
Ever since i redownloaded, almost everyday during a couple of games at the very least, my game desyncs (it usually happens mid attack animation) the game just stop being responsive ( i can still issue commands like attack or play a card but it doesnt show it being done) 15-20 seconds after the desync happens, my game has to reconnect.
So what ive been doing is when the desync happens, i just quit the game and reconnect. As annoying as that is, ive been living with it for the past almost a year.
However after the patch happened yesterday, I had the usual desyncs happen, but 2 of those times when i quit the game and reconnect,i come back to a registered a loss.
This need to be looked at by a tech because its giving me unnecessary losses in arena and thats not fair.

It appears that more people are experiencing the same issue, including myself.
The good part is that this is now a known issue being investigated. Hoping for the best!
I have lost 3 games today in arena so far because when my game de-syncs i quit and reconnect, and it defaults a loss
this is unacceptable, how could they let something like this around for days without patching

Think im at like 5 losses right now already coz of this, and no answer from any tech guy or any hint from blizzard, absolutely disrespectful
