So I did the tutorial a couple of days ago and logged in today but I have no option to choose Illidan as my hero.
Do I have to do something more other than play through the prolouge?
i have the demon hunter cards in my collection and when I choose character he shows up he is not among the decks I can create or choose.
Playing on Samsung.
I have this problem too, I am not buying any more new cards until this is resolved.
Still no new Illidan Hero to select! Played him in Arena but no sign of him in my normal page of playing heroes. He is in my collection but cannot be selected despite unlocking him by winning the solo game thing. Can you please advise?
I have no Illidan hero to select either, i seem to have Three Thralls instead. I even replayed the solo adventure in case it was glitched. I have the cards showing in my collection, his image shows in my Hero Collection but he does not show on my deck choice nor to play in wild or standard …
Can you all double check you have an actual Demon Hunter deck to select when trying to play, if you do not have a Demon Hunter deck right now, try and make one. This might mean making room by removing other decks if you are capped on decks.
If you cannot select Demon Hunter when making a deck then check to confirm you completed the prologue, thinking maybe some of you completed it in a different region.
My main account is in EU, I have a demon hunter set of cards waiting in EU account but no demon hunter slot where we select our heroes to make the deck in.
My Illidan is showing as unlocked in the collection area but cannot be selected all in my EU account where I also completed the prologue game
oh ok I deleted my standard hunter deck and then I could choose the demon hunter hero
so it means we have to lose a hero to play the demon hunter? This instruction is not clear in any place that I can see. Maybe some text to everyone tell them this might be somewhat handy
