Disconect from the game everytime a game end

hello simple as the title i got Disconect from the game everytime a game end when i alt+tab in the middle of the game on my pc. Tryed with different pc and everything does the same so i assume is pretty easy to replicate ? IS annoying cause i don’t want to see the opponent during 1 min when he does nothing so i want to go see some video when it is the ennemy turn. Thanks for reading.

Hello Kenpachi,

Your issue seems a bit more complicated as it’s working fine here at least. It’s possibly caused by a third party program (like a deck tracker). You should close the background programs if not tested yet :

In case of a caching issue, please delete :

  • the Hearthstone folder in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Blizzard
  • the Blizzard Entertainment folder in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow

If you play in fullscreen, please check if it’s happening in windowed mode.

It could just be some connection issue, you should also perform the steps of this following article :
