Doesn’t enter the game. I cleaned the cache and wrote tools in support of changing the password nothing helps.
Same issue here, I was starting an arena game that I could not enter. After restarting HS, reconnecting screen is stuck, with an exit game button on desktop. After several restarts both on desktop and Android, nothing happens. Tries clearing cache, and scan and repairing the game. Also tried to log in to other region then back to Europe, situation is the same. Please help us resolve the issue, thanks in advance.
Same issue here, I played BG and after the match HS it’s frozen. I restart my computer, but I can’t started HS.
I have similar problems. At least Im not alone. The game closed when I queued for a ranked game. Now I cant open the client. Ive tried; restarting my macbook, making sure I have the latest iOS update and reinstalling the game. To no end Im affraid. Frustrating because I have been looking forward to play the new release and open my pre-purchased packs.
