I play HS on PC and log authenticate on the EU server but play on US, EU and ASIA. The problem I have only occurs when I log into the ASIA server. I have tested my internet connection and it is not the problem, also indicated by the fact that I can play on US and EU without this disconnect issue. The core issue is that I am unable to play a complete game without at least one disconnect.
The symptom of the problem include, following a disconnect dialog and the main HS wndow hanging: Game never connects despite leaving for a long (long) time, sometimes just seems to hang with either the reconnecting or resuming message and I have to quit, sometimes it states unable to reconnect, sometimes it states unable to reconnect and exits HS and if I re-start HS from the launcher it resumes the last game though with missed turn(s).
This started about a week ago and I have only left it this long as I mainly play EU but now doing any games and dailies on ASIA are impossible.
I have followed the suggestions for disconnections issues; deleted cache files, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc but nothing seems to make any difference. And the facts that playing on US and EU is fine makes me wonder why this affects only ASIA?
Please advise if there is anything else I can do to remedy? Do I need to raise a ticket somewhere?
