Cant play ranked or other options because that pop upp choose free ladder pack.

I have the same problen, i click on claim and nothing happends.
How can i get past this?

I also cannot play, and the support function to chat with devs seems removed or EXTREMELY hard to find.
While blibli intern is fixing the issue, here is a 3 steps trick to bypass the problem (but it will disable the shop) :
1. Open the game installation folder
From battlenet « Play 
» : click on and then open installation folder.
Or search for Hearthstone folder in you File Explorer, usually in C:\Program Files.
On my PC it’s C:\Program Files (x86).
2. Open the plugins folder \Hearthstone\Hearthstone_Data\Plugins\x86
The last part (x86) depends on my processor, so your path can be a little different on your PC.
3. Rename the file commerce_http_client.dll to commerce_http_client.bck.dll
The name is not important, it should only make the game unable to recognise the file at launch.
And voilĂ !
After blibli intern has fixed the issue, rename the folder to its original name (commerce_http_client.dll) !
Notes:
The file commerce_http_client.dll is a plugin to load the shop. By “disabling” it you won’t have access to the shop !
