Created a duels deck by hand and did not play it for about a week or two. Now, when I try to play the deck it says that there was an error and should try later. Kept trying for two days every now and again but to no avail. I also tried searching on the forums for similar issue and some suggest deleting the deck but there is no such option. Please can you help ?

If you are still having issues queueing for duels, please create a ticket and reach out to the Customer Support team. They may be able to end your current run so you can start again.
How exactly do I create such ticket and why has it not been solved when i placed this as a ticket ? This clearly is a problem for my account
