Hy guys! When i try resuming to my duels after finishing it where it shows the prize, it gets stuck, 2 sparkles and that’s all…Help! 10x

solved: Open hearthstone from android mobile phone. go to duels. click on resume bottom right corner. start spamming clicks near the center of the screen where the drawing is. Dont stop click spamming everywhere around that area until it gives you the rewards. Open the rewards, quit hs from mobile and open from pc. worked for me after a few tries.

Facing the same issue on my laptop since three days. Whenever I am clicking on resume (my last run was not even started I was still in the hero selection last time I played…) it sparkles but nothing happens. Could anyone provide a proper solution for this since I am not playing on phone?

Lunching duels in IOS doesn’t help
What, you expect user to run an android developer simulator??? and run headstone from there, or run VM kali linux ??

Welp it definetely fixed the resume thing but im missing the rewards: coins and pack 
they just vaporised after I looted it from the chest or whatever it was at the end of duels.

The phone solution didn’t work for me. And i am going to miss the week quest cycle. I hope the fix will come with compensation…

Same here. Thought patch would address this problem. Still no access and to rub salt into the wound, cannot continue with new year rewards, which is tied to duels. Thanks for nothing, Buzzard!!
Well I guess its uninstall time. So long hearthstone, havnt been able to play for 2 weeks thanks to this stupid bug, I am not downloading this game on my phone and they dont seem to care about fixing it

Same issue on PC end of a Duel Match system crashed (maybe due to low memory available) then when relaunching the game to play Duels - it gives me a resume button bottom right - click it then the main drawing pic sparkles and the system does not resume. Only thing can do from here is click the option button (Looks like gear - bottom right) and click leave game. I do have the most recent updates. Tried Scan and Fix option, tried reset option, tried uninstall and re-install; even tried uninstall, delete Hearthstone folder from my directory, then re-install - nothing seems to work at this point.
