There is a workaround for those of you still having issues accessing duels where you can claim the rewards on your mobile phone. You can find more information on this here.

Still not fixed and i dont have the phone workaround option. I have been frustrated with Hearthstone for a while and i think this is the straw that breaks me. If they dont get this fixed soon i am going back to league of legends and taking the subs to my youtube channel with me. I have already tried out legends of runeterra and it has a much better feel to it. It reminds me when HS was balanced 2 years ago. I guess blizzard cares about their customers but not THAT much!

I dont understand how for 10 years blizzard became from the best company in the world to the worst oneā¦ Blizzard fails should be written in greatest downfall ever book. Simply ridiculous. They didnt manage to run 20 years old game (Diablo 2) properly for 2 months, now they cant manage to fix simple bugs in a extremely simple card game ahahhah holly sh1t they cant even make SOLITARE nowā¦
And I thought that this little update/patch this morning would have solved a simple visual bugā¦ I canāt even play the Happy Lunar DUEL quest because of this.
SO F* DISAPPOINTING.

Any news on this? The workaround is not an option for me and Iāve been stuck on that screen for several weeks now.

I have the same problem. I have been unable to play Duels for two days now. It also freezes on the mobile app.

Some of us have been stuck with this nonsense for almost 3 WEEKS, itās just unbelievable that a āleadingā company like Blizzard couldnāt fix a simple visual bug (not to mention the constantly-crashing app on cellphone) on a card game and leave his fanbase without even an answer.
You should at least pretend to feel concerned and listen a bit to your customers who have sometimes paid hundreds of dollars on a āfreeā game. Personally I will not spare a single coin on this. Ever.
Is there any solution?
So when I enter duels and click āresumeā the button flips disappears, but nothing happens. I can still press the bottom right cog to open settings and volume and such, but the back and resume button disappear so I can only get out of this by relaunching the game. Still duels wonāt start even after reinstalling the game altogether
I have the same problem, nothing has been done about it for over two weeks now. I canāt finish the lunar year chain quest because of this. This is outrageous.
I come back after a year to do this event and its bugged, AMAZING!

I have the same problem, canāt play duels mode at all
LE: I managed to āresetā it from android, claimed rewards and then it worked to start a new duel on PC. super buggy tho
