Hello. After last patch spells with “Echo” cost 1 mana even after Millhouse Manastorm’s battlecry

Don’t worry this is a change which occurred with the most recent patch. I’ll leave the excerpt below but you can read the full patch notes here if you want to check for other changes

Copies of cards with the Echo keyword can no longer cost less than (1). Full Arcane Dust refunds will be available for the following cards until December 19:

  • SN1P-SN4P (Normal Only)
  • Glinda Crowskin (Normal and Golden)
  • Sound the Bells (Normal and Golden)

I know about this change. But with echo-spells this patch breaks Millhouse. His battlecry makes cost of ALL spells played by enemy on next turn equivalent 0. So, there must be some fix or change for this card. Now it’s text just isn’t true
