This has been really the most infuriating experience playing this game, and it’s even more infuriating knowing that by opening a ticket you’ll be hot-potatoed on this deserted forum where the only help you receive is aimless troubleshooting advice.
My issue: since EXACTLY the release of scholomance I haven’t been able to play a SINGLE game without disconnecting at least 5/10 times.
This without taking into consideration whether I’m playing on mobile or pc, where I’m playing, when I’m playing nor which connection I’m using.
Mind you, I’ve been playing hearthstone since may 2015 so I know what a disconnect is and when to expect it. I climbed to legend two months ago while playing EXCLUSIVELY on mobile data and on public transportation, more specifically trains that pass through the middle of nowhere most of the time and only experienced disconnects while literally inside mountains. Come august 6th and I can’t play in the same conditions, I can’t even play connected to the wifi of my own house! Oh, but check your connection there must be issues you say. NOTHING CHANGED. The devices I’m playing on. The connections I’m using. My internet providers. My router. NOTHING. I updated the app and bam, for fun I tried counting and hit a record of SEVEN (7) disconnects IN A SINGLE TURN. I’ll spare you the entire amount for that game however short it was due to me being less playing and more waiting on the servers to stop crapping themselves.
Tried opening a ticket, game masters were more clueless than I am.
Tried to get them to forward the issue to the developers to maybe try and fix it before the vaccine for covid19 is out and about but no, they can’t, I have to write here and cross my fingers that a developer stumbles upon any of the DOZENS OF POSTS DESCRIBING THE EXACT SAME ISSUE OVER AND OVER FOR WEEKS. Damned felosophy bundle, go fix you damn game you greedy butts. I’ve given you way more than my fair share of money and I’m now more than regretting this, I’m feeling embarassed that for all this time I spent my earnings thinking I was supporting a team of developers, not an embarassement of a company, chinese censors boot licking company who can’t be bothered to acknowledge the issues its own games have because that would further stain its already butt sludge dripping reputation. Blizzard, you parody, show us the hole where your balls used to be and bring back who you once were. I dare you.
Also please pay your developers more than 600$ a month so they maybe can do their job properly will ya?
