Had it for a few weeks support is not responding any help would be great, tried uninstalling blizzard and battle.net and deleting all files to no avail

This is usually caused by a social feature being turned off, please check if all chat options are enabled in the privacy settings. If it’s happening with a specific friend, he’ll have to do the same on his side.
I am having the same issue. I have confirmed that chat settings are in default state i.e. Text chat is on and Private Text Chat is set to everybody.
I cannot initiate or reply to whispers in game. I type the message and hit enter and the message disappears from the input field but never shows up in the chat. i cannot chat in battlle[dot]net chat. I get an Error message: There was an error delivering your message to username 7000

I have same error, everything is okay yesterday while gaming in xbox battlepass, I decided to purchase the standard+expansion then this happen. Please help?
i also have the “error 7000” problem and in communication my “Private Text Chat” is set to everybody and i’m still getting this issue with everyone that isn’t on my friends list.
