For several months have been unable to enter Hearthstone on the EU server - US server functions as normal - When trying to access EU server i get the error message “Error: HS:CT:NetCacheDecks=0;NetCacheCollection=0;NetCacheCardValues=1” - I have reinstalled battle.net and hearthstone several times. I have also followed the guide on this issue (https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/116113), renewed DHCP, tried on several routers (2,4 and 5 ghz also) -
I am running it on a Macbook Pro 13" Medio 2019, Catalina 10.15 - HS has been running on this unit without touble before.
