Am three games in a duels run after i won the game crashed weird things came up , now it’s been 24 hours and i still can’t resume the game . i click play then i get the queue spinning after a few seconds i get an Error “There was an error starting your game. Please wait a few minutes and try again”.
PS: i can play other modes
Hi, after update today I can’t start duels. Other modes work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I cleared the game’s cache. But still when I hit the resume button in duels it won’t launch. Can anyone help please?
I am having the same issue, existing duel cannot proceed, when I press resume the whole game freezes. I have tried clearing my cache and re-installing and updating, all the usual things.
I have the same issue. I go to Mode, Duels, click “Resume”… and nothing happens. Nothing populates in the bottom right where the “Resume” button was and there is no way to move forward. The only active buttons are on the bottom left Friends list and the bottom right Game Menu icon.
Same issue here. Stuck after Resume in Duels for more than 24h. Only option to exit and restart the game.
Please look into this ASAP.
fix: Open hearthstone from android mobile phone. go to duels. click on resume bottom right corner. start spamming clicks near the center of the screen where the drawing is. Dont stop click spamming everywhere around that area until it gives you the rewards. Open the rewards, quit hs from mobile and open from pc. worked for me after a few tries.
