So I finally saved up enough gold to buy dalaran heist, but when I go to the shop to purchase it, it just tells me “purchase failed you already own that item”, and when I tried the other adventures (ie. galakrond’s awakening), the same thing showed up, any idea whats happening?

I’m having the same issue.
I too am having this issue, contacted support who advised me to post here about it, they can’t do anything themselves to rectify, but I’d still suggest to contact them so they can at least add your reports.
