I logged my problem with support & already have a message in forum regarding the problem

Unlocked Demon Hunter - Is not showing up in play page

Can I have some help please? I unlocked my demon hunter in prologue game but cannot select him to use. He is not showing up with the other heroes on the selection to play page. He shows up in my collection as unlocked but cannot selection on him & no slot to play him. Got new cards on pre order & cannot use them. In arena I played him.
