Game won’t open on Mac Book Pro, I get the above audio and the Hearthstone screen and the spinning beachball of death.
Then the “application not responding” when I right click on the icon in the Dock.
What is the solution please?

Usually, if the application gets stuck like this, it means that there are some updates missing, or that there’s some issue with the game files. Make sure you don’t have any update pending for your Mac OS:
If you still have problems after this, in the Blizzard desktop application you use to launch the game, under the Logo for Hearthstone, you’ll see it says “Options”. Click there, and try first with Scan and Repair. This should scan the game installation and try to fix any issues with that. If that doesn’t work, try reinstalling the game.
