I have connection issues after every update. I keep getting disconnected during the game and the game ends before I can connect. What should I do to fix this issue that has been going on for a long time? Or does Blizzard need to do something? This is getting really annoying.

This needs to be fixed I can’t even finish a SINGLE game without getting DC’d. I mean the connection stuff was bad before, but this is STUPID. Before I could at least reconnect.

Lost my two last games because of a disconnect that didn’t end.

every game i either disconnect or the game just closes itself, losing MMR because of it. SORT OUT YOUR SERVERS, and return lost MMR to everyone who disconnected and cost them the game

yesterday the new arena kept DC so that my score kept being 0 wins and 0 losses so I gave up after 7 times, but today I could finally play my arena matches which after 3 matches ended in 1-2 (I knew it was a bad draft but hoped for at least 2-2)

I honestly don’t know what’s going on with Hearthstone Battlegrounds lately, but I can’t even finish a single game without getting disconnected. It’s beyond frustrating. Every match ends the same way sudden disconnect, can’t even reconnect, and the match doesn’t even appear on the match history. It’s like i never even played it. And my internet works fine.
What’s the point of playing if I can’t even stay in a game? I used to enjoy Battlegrounds, but this is just a joke at this point. Please fix your servers or whatever is causing this. It’s not just annoying, it’s making the game unplayable.
We need answers and a fix. ASAP.

You guys are worst game developers ever for hs battlegrounds always giving disconnet or experiencing lag issues. this game is a card game this game is just a card game bro. Fire your developers and hire some proper ones to fix this issues. its so simple. Some proper guy who has knowledge always change everything. Trust me. Im giving this advice cuz i think you guys dont know what to do even if you are a 20-year-old company. If you cannot solve this issue with a card game i dont know man i think you guys are not suitable for game development.

Like I was today playing battlegrounds. I got two times disconneted not reason.

Just returned to BG after years, bought the biggest pass just to issue several disconnects from the game without the ability to reconnect.
After googling found out post that were 2 years old with the same issue, no solution.
This is a joke. At this point I want a refund, cause the state of a game is unplayable. Is it possible?
At this point I’m stuck at reconnect message. Force quit, scan and repair, computer restart and EVEN reinstalling the game is not fixing the issue Oo
