FIXED! Stuck at tavern doors! Created ticket but like allways no response from support

Before some mod comes here and says pls do this and that and contact support, i did contact support created a ticked almost a week ago and still havent had a response so here have fun

Since the new update i can´t start the game anymore, it launchs but it just stays on a loop with the flashing logo, i left it like that all night long and in the morning was still like that, i spent hours and hours trying everything in this page https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/000020513 and even some other work arounds sugested by the community and nothing seems to work, its not a connection issue (smartphone works fine in the same network) or a computer issue (since its a brand new gaming laptop and it was working fine) so it must be on your end since aparently more people are complaining, any sugestions or ideas of when or if this is gona be fixed? cuz of right now im super glad i didnt pre-order yet another expansion like i done with every single one for years now. Thank you and hope to ear from you soon.

The response time right now will be a bit longer unfortunately as so many players are at home due to the current pandemic and this has result in a large spike in contacts.

As to your issue though, try the following:

Disable Discord Overlay

Switch language in the app to English (US)

Try temporary disabling windows defender

Try Uninstalling DisplayLinkManager (Need to close Blizzard app and Agent to uninstall)

If none of the above work then edit your open ticket and attach the System Files so the Game Master that gets your case can have more information on your new system. https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/12988
