I am a new player in Hearthstone. I completed the tutorial, the Starter Quest chain, graduated from the New Player Ranks (Ranks 40-1), and then returned to the main menu but did not take my free deck. I think, I am eligible for this and there is a bug. What should I do to receive my free loaner deck? Can you help me with this please?
