Hello!
I have found myself in a very strange situation.
One of my friends can never see me to be online, no matter how many times I change device or status.
I have tried in my phone, tablet and pc, uninstalling the battle.net mobile app and changing my status on all my devices to no avail.
As of now, only when I connect through my laptop can she see me online (I can añways see her, I insist)
After all these attempts I was wondering if maybe someone here could aid me.

Notes:
Just in case both are within the same region and even wifi. I can also see her connected and even invite her to play, though it gets autocancelled since for her I am “offline”
Laptop works, mobile and tablet don’t.
