Hello! The problem is that I literally can’t play HS because game crashes every single game. First I thought trouble in my IPad it was bought a month ago and I have difficulties since then, but my wife said that her game also starts crashing a month ago or so (she has iPad 2017 iOS 13,3”, she uses it more then 1 year and never had any problem with HS).
Could you give me some advice how to deal with it?

There is already a main thread for the current issue with crashes on iPads here. Please post there or follow that thread, this issue is going to be fixed in the upcoming 16.2 patch.
