Game freezes as soon as tavern guy says first words

Game just freezes and becomes unresponsive.
Game freezes exactly after it downloads in-game all data it needs to be up-to-date before that it is playable.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 Pro
Android 6.0.1
miui global 10.2.2.0 stable

Update: So game freezes and crashes right when tavern guy says first words, before board appears, I still see tavern doors and hearthstone logo with poped up options and friends list icons. Animations stop right there. Tavern guy says first words and that’s it game freezes.

Game is playable after 1st download, after that download happens in-game (pauses while you play and continues in OS if you exit)

You can play a game if you do not exit it, while 2nd update rolling, even after it finishes. But as soon as you exit app and open it agin, same sh happens, tavern doors, logo, icons, music + first tavern guy words and crash. Please help?

Tried to reinstall
Tried to clear cache, data, clear system chache, then reboot, isntall game
Tried data on SD card

Same thing is happening to me. The Tavern Guy doesn’t say anything tho. But the menu music plays. The game “works” but I only can see the Heartstone logo (no buttons, altho if I touch the screen I can hear the sound effect of button pressing)
